Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Xpressbees, Delhivery. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. Yes, we ship worldwide. Accessory Funk has partnered with the best and reliable logistic companies to ensure a smooth, hassle free and safe delivery to your country across the globe. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. The shipping cost and custom duty if any will be borne by the customer only.

We ship all orders before 3pm on the same day of order placement. Orders placed after 3pm, will be processed and dispatched the following day. It depends on where in the country you are. Customized orders are processed within 2-3 business days and all orders further take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipped from our studio. Delivery and tracking details will be provided via email or sms once your order is shipped.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000!

For orders below ₹1000, a standard shipping fee applies.

While placing your order, you can let us know in the notes when you’d want the order to be delivered. We will try our best to deliver it on time but however, a specific time and date cannot be allocated with guarantee. Our delivery partners will reattempt a shipment twice. If it’s yet not accepted by the customer or due to unavailability of the customer, the customer will have to repay the shipping fee for us to resend the same order.

All our products are handcrafted and each product is unique, and no two pieces are exactly the same. Which also means there may be slight differences in colors and craft of the product from the image you see on the website. As company policy, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on products sold.

Incase of any damage, please write to us at hello@accessoryfunk.com with your order id and our team will get back to you with a resolution. A refund will be provided only on the basis of the sole discretion of the company.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after placing the order. In such cases refund will be processed through a bank transfer within 10 working days. Please email us at hello@accessoryfunk.com regarding order cancellation.

You can pay online on our website using net banking, your debit or credit card. We also accept all major wallets and UPI. Cash on delivery is available across India at an additional cost of  120 INR.

We are currently not providing COD.
